The plot has its own legal well, 2 cisterns of about 150 tons that collect rainwater that is used to irrigate the crops. The plot also has a 400W three-phase transformer with a maximum power of 18Kw per phase. The plot has been declared ecological with European certification for more than 10 years. The plot also has some small caves and in the deepest part of the stream there are some small reservoirs and some waterfalls.
